Spiruna's assistant quietly tells me that at this point, nothing will bring her back to her senses, unless I bring an item called Fairy Dust, the only item that'll restore the cracked black crystal to its original state. Kriel the Fairy of Orbis Department Store may have it.

Oh no, Spiruna's Black Crystal is cracked! She needs it to breathe life into all of her spells. I understand you may have wrongfully been accused of this, but right now nothing will calm Spiruna down. There's one item, though, that can fix the cracked Black Crystal. If you can get me that, Spiruna won't be so mad after that...
It's an item called 4031051. It's a collection of dust the fairies create whenever they flap their wings. That's the only thing that can restore the 4031050 to its original state. So many people have been looking for it these days that it may not be easy to obtain. Anyway, look for Kriel the Fairy at the Orbis market and ask her for it.
