I handed Scadur the wolf skins he asked for, and he gave me back the old ring. He reminisced the old days where heard about the ring through the four wisemen he had met as a young man. He recommended me to go visit Victoria Island and meet up with all four of the wisemen, starting with the one in Perion.

When I was young, before I even stepped foot on this continent, I was able to meet the 4 wisemen. I think it's the same ring that they were talking about when I saw them. Take the ring and find the 4 wisemen in Victoria Island. Of the four, find the wiseman of Perion first. And if you're ever stopping by this town again, please drop by and say hi.
