I'll teach you how to apply the best make-up on, plus the make-up kit I use to maintain this look. I can't give you all these for free, but if you are willing to do me a favor...! Well, I want you to exact the revenge on the person that spread this false rumor in the first place!
I am 100% certain that the person who is responsible for this is Hughes the Fuse, the guy at the Orbis Tower that always conducts those weird experiments! I am sure he did it, but ... this is too much!! I cannot just sit here and take all that, you know! I will NOT forgive him for this! Hey, you're going to help me do this, right? He keeps spreading false rumors to people in this town!

Anyway, While you give this, make sure to tell him that this is the mysterious blueprint that had been hidden away somewhere deep in the Ludibrium Clocktower. That way, he'll be more than eager to follow through on it. Oh, and make sure to gather up all the materials for him to, um, safely conduct this experiment.
Hehehe... Nothing would make me happier than to see him be tricked into making the item, thinking he's onto something speical... only to fall flat on his face!
