Family Jewels

Oh, you again! I told you I would need your services soon... why have you been gone so long? What, you haven't? Really? Well, I must say, the days have not been kind to your face. Have you tried a cleansing facial mask? Or a paper bag, perhaps?\r\n\r\nL0Whatever, Matilda. What do you want from me now?l\r\nL1You know something? Enough. I've had it with you! No wonder Jonas is locked in his workshop---you drove him there!l

Matilda? She's a good friend of mine, though we look nothing alike. I'll have to add 'can't see anything' to your list of deficiencies. Well, it's rather embarrassing to be honest...I don't know if I should tell you... ?\r\n\r\nL0Just tell me. I can already tell you want to.\r\nL1You know something? Enough. I've had it with you! No wonder Jonas is locked in his workshop---you drove him there!l

Ok, you've wrung it out of me. First, the Cherry Pie didn't work. I set it near his workshop, and...nothing! I thought I saw a shadow, but it wasn't him! After being ignored for so long, I've had enough. Being a good wife is for the birds. And I've tried so hard! So, rather than take care of a man who only sees the forest for the wooden toys he obsessively creates, I've decided to simply live the life of luxury he owes me---I'm his wife after all. \r\n\r\nL0Er, congratulations?\r\nL1You know something? Enough. I've had it with you! No wonder Jonas is locked in his workshop---you drove him there!l

Why, thank you! I knew you had some brains beneath that rough canvas you call a face. At any rate, I'm supposed to attend a ball later, driven in a fine carriage, although the horses have been acting up lately, I'm still looking forward to it... but... there is one problem and that's where I need your help with.

The only problem is that I seem to be missing my jewelry! I can't find it anywhere! Worst of all, I had several pieces commissioned by two very famous --and very expensive-- jewelers and now every piece is gone! My prized 4031769s and 4031770s have vanished! There is no way I'm showing up to a ball without the right accoutrements! That would simply be embarrassing!

What?! Don't tell me you have more important matters elsewhere! Impossible! Hmmph!

Perfect! Still a bit late for my tastes, but you have all of my jewelry! As promised, here is your something- here, take this ragged doll.

I remember finding this at the bottom of the stairs some time ago, so I threw it in my shoe closet... I had forgotten about it, really, until I was organizing my shoes just now.
