After obtaining the 4031094 by destroying the dollhouse the monster disguised as, I went down to the Lost Time to find 2040029. But it seemed like instead of him helping me fix the clocktower, he was about to die first, so he wanted me to take down some monsters called Tick-Tock and pick up the 4031098 that they possess. I better get them before 2040029 dies.
