Welcome. Yes, I've heard from Scadur. I've barely managed to make an ice crystal to restore the Spirit of the Snow Sculpture. Here is the ice crystal. Go find the sculpture and restore it to its original form. As soon as the sculpture is restored, the Snowman will return to its gentle self.

I have heard you are doing a good job holding down the Snowman, but that won't last forever. Restoring the sculpture is our only hope.
