Main dialogue
You see...I grew up in a pigsty, so I adopted this habit of making sure everything's pristine. My action figure collection, books, chess pieces are all spotless! That's why I can never leave the house without everything being...squeaky clean and exactly where it needs to be. No dust, no fuss. So...would you?

Good, good... Oh, but I forgot to mention, I don't do it myself... Oh no, never! That's a peon's job. I mean...I'm allergic to dust. Anyways, I have a butler named Steward... He should be around here somewhere. Do you think, you know, it'd be too much for you to fetch him for me?

Who does Joe think I am? Even though I am the most experienced servant in this house and have the responsibility of managing it, cleaning is not my job! I will tell you what you can do for Joe. Please talk to me a bit later.
