Arwen, after much contemplation, says she can't understand Reef's actions but takes some responsibility for them. She, then, asks you for a favor... to deliver Fairy Hair to Reef. She seems sincere, so perhaps you should help her out. Don't forget that Reef is a ghost who only appears from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. of the following day.
