In order to join the MapleStory 3rd Anniversary Bonanza, you'll have to prove that you're indeed an adventurer in the Maple World. If you're a true adventurer, then you should have 04031297. 04031297 looks like a red envelope with a leaf drawn onto it like this 04031297, and it can be found by defeating monsters. If you can find 1 04031297 from a monster and give it to me, then I'll let you in the party as well.
