From the Eos Tower, gather 100 of these: 4000099, 4000104, 4000105. From the Omega Sector fields gather 100 of these: 4000118, 4000122.
Now comes the tricky part: some creatures are kinda unusual to appear, so patience will be required. Collect 10 of these: 4000124, 4000125, 4000126.
