As you can see through the Minimap (M), located on the left corner you'll see something blink on the right side of the map. That's where 9101001 is. You'll run into Tutorial Leatty and Tutorial Drumming Rabbit on your way to seeing 9101001. Defeat 1 x 9409000 and 1 x 9409001, pick up 1 x 4000300 and 1 x 4000301, then see 9101001.
