There are a number of things you must get. First, I need 30 Small Spaceship, 30 Receiving Apparatus, 1 Chief Gray's Sign... and 10 Gray's Tentacles. I need all these things to build a 4031927.

Here it is. The completed Wave Translator. I haven't had the chance to test it since I built it in such a hurry... so don't be alarmed if it malfunctions. Just come back to see me if it doesn't work properly. I'll make another one for you if you just bring me the materials.
