Helios Tower is located at the East of Ludibrium, and it serves as the rock-solid foundation of Ludibrium, along with Eos Tower. The tower is also the home of 3210208, a rat monster that has been rapidly growing in numbers, and they have currently been causing a lot of problems with the elevators at the tower.

This is very important, for it has everything to do with the safety of the elevators there. Please head over to Helios Tower and eliminate 30 3210208s.
