I'll cast a magic spell and increase the Success Rate by 5% if you bring me a scroll with 10% or 60% success rate. So, decide on a scroll you'd like and come talk to me. You can trade in a scroll of your choice by selecting Cast a Magic Spell. Make sure you make the right decision, though, since you can only trade 5 times.
