Thank you for accepting such a tough request. I am sure you know your way around Victoria Island much better than I do, but just to make sure, here's how to get there: Head east of Kerning City, and you'll see a path that heads north that leads to Perion. Follow that route, and you'll reach Construction Site North of Kerning City. It's huge, but in that area, you'll find an entrance that leads to the Abandoned Subway Station. Once there, tell Mr. Lim I sent you there.

Anyway, I'd like for you to stop by every now and then and see if anything's going on. Once you've successfully done that, I'll give you 4001321 as a reward. Train 999 is the area where you'll find a number of special Bubblings. Those Bubblings tend to gather up shiny, useful items, which means you might be able to get some of them through drops.
