At Ludibrium, it features two humongous towers, and you need to head over to Helios Tower and descend your way all the way down until you reach Korean Folk Town.

Once at Orbis, head over to Orbis Tower and make your way all the way down to the 1st floor, which should be right at the ground level.

You can enter Aqua Road through the basement of Orbis Tower. Navigate your way through Aqua Road and you'll find Aquarium, a town that is completely underwater. Once there, you'll find Dolphin Taxi, which should take you to the nearest spot from the Korean Folk Town.
