Maria, who lives in Amherst, promised to come here to pick some mushrooms with me, but she still hasn't come. I have a feeling she's deathly afraid of Snails and hasn't moved yet.

With that in mind, can you please go hunt 10 Snails for her, so she can safely walk her way here? I'd appreciate it a great deal if you can take care of those snails, then go to Maria and let her know it's alright to go.

There's actually only one way to get from Maple Island to Victoria Island. Take the Southeast route at the split road, and you'll reach Southperry, where you'll find Shanks running a ship that heads to Victoria Island. He usually commands 150 mesos per ride, but for a great traveler like you, he'll probably let you go for free.
